Continuing Education

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit will be available for most states, as will Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager Credit (CRCM). Please include the state(s) in which you are seeking credit on your registration form.

How many hours will be available?

Attorneys will likely earn anywhere from 11 to 15 credit hours, depending on how many sessions you attend and how the state calculates CLE.

What are the specifics in my state?

Please check state websites for the most current regulations. Due to state bar requirements, some states may not approve this course for CLE credit, or may offer only partial credit.

What do I need to do to receive CLE for the Consumer Finance Legal Conference?

Before the event:

  • When you register, you will be asked to request the states for which you would like CLE and enter your corresponding bar number. That is all you need to do in advance.

During the event:

You must sign in every day when you arrive.

  • You must complete an Attendance Tracker indicating which sessions you attended (either partially or in full).

  • At the end of the conference, you must sign an Attestation and complete a Program Evaluation.

After the event:

  • Certificates of attendance will be available 4-6 weeks after the program.
