18th Annual Consumer Finance Legal Conference

CFLC 2019 will include everything from intensive education to networking opportunities, all centered in the heart of the Big Easy. McGlinchey Stafford’s industry-leading Consumer Financial Services team and guest speakers will share their knowledge and answer questions on a wide variety of topics specific to consumer financial services providers. Networking events throughout New Orleans’ historic French Quarter allow attendees to connect while enjoying all the city has to offer.

All-New Sessions on Relevant Topics
The conference begins Monday, October 14, with a series of afternoon panel presentations on hot topics and up-to-the-minute information on critical compliance, privacy, and litigation issues. On Tuesday, October 15, the conference will split into two dedicated tracks on mortgage- and non-mortgage-specific topics and the group will reconvene for the popular small group workshops. The conference concludes mid-day Wednesday, October 16.
With new content for 2019, speakers will cover the insights and provide the strategies necessary to navigate the industry’s evolving federal and state regulatory landscapes, as well as to prepare for investigations, examinations, and enforcement actions.

We're Going Paperless
Printed conference materials are no longer provided to attendees. You will have the ability to go online to access, review, download, and print all of the available presentations prior to the conference. In addition, electronic copies of all materials will be available on the conference app and the conference website, and will remain available for at least six months post-conference.

Registrants who select the option to attend our small group Networking Dinners on Tuesday, October 15 will be invited to attend dinner at some of New Orleans' finest restaurants in the French Quarter and Central Business District.
Suggested attire is business casual. Jackets may be required for men; participants will be notified of any dress code requirements upon confirmation of their dinner group location.
